Initial services ensuring a successfull start-up
2.1 ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance & Insurance) Services, is offered through one of Fokker Services’ dedicated partners. ACMI Services enables the operator to start up its operation within 6 weeks, while it can focus on other operational and commercial issues that are associated with starting up an airline.
2.2 AOC (Air Operator Certificate) Support Services: Fokker Services is able to support operators to obtain and maintain their AOC (Air Operator Certificate):
- Support for CAMO (Continued Airworthiness Management Approval) activities
- Provide Maintenance Organization Approval, Procedure, Workshop & Health & Safety manual (Maintenance Organization Consultancy)
- Support with obtaining / maintaining an Aircraft Airworthiness Certificate (COA)
- Safety Management Systems (SMS)
2.3 Flight Operation Support Services, support the operator in various aspects of flight operations: Specialized Services (take-off procedures, assistance to special flights, flight test), Flight Planning, Flight Planning Software and Design of Standard Operating Policy.
2.4 Flight Crew Training: Fokker Services is able to assist an operator in selecting training centers in Australia, Austria, France, Malaysia, Sweden, The Netherlands and USA.
2.5 Operational Training, including the provision of (on-site) training to the customer’s operations department by highly experienced operations engineers. The training program will cover a wide range of aspects, such as: aircraft weight & balance and loading, flight planning & performance, ground procedures and flight procedures. A smooth introduction of the aircraft is thus ensured.
2.6 Maintenance Training, covering a range of different training programs. Below is a selection of the courses that can be provided, either in-house or on-site:
- Part-147 B1 Type Training
- Part-147 B2 Type Training
- Avionics course (non Part-147)
- Familiarization (FAM), which is intended for management and general staff members
- Engine Run-Up
- Power Plant Trouble-Shooting (non Part-147)
- MSG-3 Analysis (non Part-147)
- Fuel Tank Safety (FTS)
2.7 Field Service Representative, on-site support, in order to enhance the operational efficiency of the Fokker aircraft, can be provided through the stationing of an experienced Field Service Representative. He will be operating within your organization as a partner. His main aim is to help your organization to achieve a smooth startup and trouble-free operation with the Fokker aircraft. In addition, experienced licensed (B1 or B2) technicians can be stationed on-site to provide hands-on maintenance support and on-the-job training during the initial introduction of the aircraft.
2.8 Documentation Services: Fokker Services maintains the original databases with the up-to-date standard operational and maintenance information for the Fokker aircraft types and associated individual aircraft configuration and modification
status information. These databases allow Fokker Services to offer an array of documentation services such as Initial Documentation Services, Documentation Update or Integration Services and Documentation Revision Services. The aim of these services is to provide an operator with a complete and up-to-date set of manuals that reflect the specific aircraft configuration of its fleet, and contains the instructions for continued airworthiness.
2.9 Customized Maintenance Program (CMP), containing scheduled maintenance tasks that are applicable to the operator’s fleet, are tailored to suit an operator’s specific operational parameters, maintenance capabilities and manning levels, and are in full compliance with the requirements of the NAA of the country of registration. The CMP can be a progressive program,
equalized program or a combination of these two, either for High or Low Utilization Operation. In case a very fast start-up is required, a Temporary Maintenance Program (TMP) covering the first year of operation, can be made available within a short lead-time. This will be subsequently superseded by the CMP, once it is available.
2.10 Initial Provisioning Services, includes assistance in defining an initial spares package, and the initial supply of recommended parts. An initial provisioning recommendation is supplied for: repairable parts, expendable parts, special tools, test and ground service equipment.
